As a member of our Data Analytics team, you will hold a full stack and cross-functional position that bridges our Data Engineers and our business teams. With a focus on Finance, you will play a crucial role in enhancing financial and operational decision-making across the company.

Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will be instrumental in leveraging our data as a significant asset to outpace our competitors.

About the mission

In a nutshell, your key responsibilities as a Data Analyst will consist in:

• Build the products that will empower our teams to monitor their key performance indicators and drive accountability: develop dashboards and reports for revenue streams (fees, interest rates) or at the transaction level, aid in financial reporting and variance analysis
• Transform complex business problematics into clear data driven solutions with actionable business outcomes
• Maintain high standards on data quality by owning data processes and best practices
• Help and train our business analysts to understand our data and use our tools

Our stack: GCP / Big Query / Airflow / dbt / Looker / Metabase / Python

About you

You will be a good fit for the role if (mandatory requirements):

• Education background: you hold a Master's degree from an Engineering or a Business school and in relevant fields (i.e. Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business)
• Professional experience: you have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in similar functions (including internships, apprenticeships, & full-time permanent positions)
• Language: you have a full professional proficiency in English. Full professional proficiency in French is optional but will be a huge plus!
• Technical skills: you have experience in data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau,...) and languages (SQL, Python), and good understanding in data architecture principles
• Great communicator: you have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable way
