About the Job

You will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s European expansion efforts.

As the internal spokesperson for these markets, you will act as the bridge between local markets and cross-functional teams. Your ability to effectively communicate market needs, influence key stakeholders, and drive alignment will be critical to shaping strategy and execution. Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and the ability to advocate for market priorities will be essential to success in this role.

Main Missions:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Global Ops, to develop sustainable solutions that align with business goals.
  • Gather and share local insights and recommendations to stakeholders in order to deliver culturally relevant and customer-friendly experiences.
  • Build and optimise operational processes specific to local markets outside of France. This includes consumer and merchant support, fraud and risk operations, collection processes, and localisation.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs to measure success and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design AB-tests and run data-driven analysis to optimise operations.
  • Develop and manage the use of local payment methods (e.g., iDEAL, Bancontact) and payment service providers (PSPs).
  • Ensure all processes, communications, and projects are correctly localized and translated for international markets.

About you

  • You are fluent in English and French. Dutch and Italian would be a plus
  • You hold a master’s degree (engineering, statistics, economics, finance, business)
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management. Experience in fintech, payment and international would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience in A/B testing. Proficiency in Looker would be a plus
