About the mission
- Lead the IT team to ensure the effective design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems as well as IT troubleshooting actions. This includes:
- Managing our MDMs
- Managing the self-service for employees
- Making sure our authentications methods are in line with Alma’s IAM policy
- Documentation: Develop, update and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and provide technical support and guidance.
- Budget Management: Manage IT budgets and optimize costs to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Asset Management: Oversee the management of hardware (including laptops and smartphones) and software.
- Strategy and Project Management: Lead IT strategy and projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Technology watch: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
About you
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, MacOS, Windows, Google Workspace, cloud computing, cybersecurity.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Project Management: Solid project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
