We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work as CPG Business Development Manager in our Sales team. This role will report to the Head of Sales.

Location: Europe (remote job)

Duties & Responsibilities:

● New business development: identifying new potential customers, negotiating, and closing new deals, mainly with Consumer Packaged Good companies

● Create and deliver sales / product presentations and proposals

● Own and drive the professional business communications and on-going cross-functional interaction with clients worldwide, taking ownership of the client experience and meeting client expectations

● Participate in both opportunity generation and the entire sales cycle as needed

● Build partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders and various international organisations in everything related to sustainability and agricultural technology

● Represent the company at forums, conventions, and other Ag Tech-related presentations on an international level

● Serve as a Biome Makers ambassador across various sectors and channels in coordination with the marketing and sales teams

● Work as a liaison between the sales team, customers and other departments at BMK

Job competencies & Personal attributes:

● 10+ years minimum of direct sales experience

● 5+ years Experienced in the AgTech sector

● Keen to learn about new technologies and excited to be part of a fast-changing environment

● Strong communication skills. Skilled at communicating complex technologies

● High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business

● Excellent global and strategic vision

● Strong interpersonal skills
