About The Role

We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead for a multidisciplinary Tech team (Data Engineers, Backend Engineers and Front-end Engineers). 🚀🪴

What You’ll Be Doing

Working as an Engineering Team Lead you will be responsible for…

• Using technical experience to work across multiple systems, as well as great communication skills
• Representing your own team externally, coordinating with other teams and stakeholders. Collaborating closely with the product manager
• Ensuring the product team is focused and delivering incremental value, by managing priorities and controlling WIP
• Managing engineers across a team, guiding and supporting their growth
• Ensuring the right technical skills and capacity in the team to tackle any challenges the business is solving
