Position Summary

The Sales Manager will have an active role in setting up the local business unit in Cyprus under the directions of the global OpenCars leadership, the international policies of FlexCar Group, and in coordination with other Departments. He/she will then be responsible for supervising and coordinating the local Sales and Op’s functions and will have the related P’n’L responsibility. This position requires a startup mentality and the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local liaison of OpenCars in Cyprus, while setting up the business and afterwards
• Process customer leads, and coordinate with local Operations for the preparation of vehicles and service of customers.
• Overview & coordinate Sales & Operations activities of OpenCars in Cyprus
• Coordinate with other departments of Flexcar and external parties for the execution of several outsourced functions.
• Coordinate with Marketing & Digital Operations teams for the achievement of goals set
• Cooperate with global leadership for the setup of processes and tools, the formulation of local partnerships, and the localization of the global strategy of OpenCars as needed
