Position Summary

The Senior Accounting & Finance Associate will be working closely and reporting to the Accounting & Finance Manager. Your primary responsibilities include several data entries to the company’s ERP, i.e. expenses, fixed assets, payroll, payments, interest etc, coordinating and negotiating daily topics with PwC, the company’s external accountants, solving more complicated customer requests, being in daily contact with stakeholders (banks, investors, external accountants, auditors) to provide them with the documentation needed (reporting, invoices, expenses reports, bank statements, payment plans, cash flow charts, etc.). In addition to that, this position will also play a major role in the coordination and execution of all financial payments (e.g. interest payments, supplier payments, fixed costs, etc.) so that there is always an overview of the company’s cash flow management. This requires a comprehensive understanding of our financial inputs/ outputs (such as tax statements, fleet value statements, etc.), which will also be distributed to our investors. Finally, you will conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to assess the company’s assets, coordinate and support in the statutory and tax audit process, and have an active involvement in all functions of the accounting and finance team (e.g. regarding preparing and filing invoices).
