Position Summary

The Partnership Associate - Maintenance will have an active role in organizing and monitoring fleet preservation matters. The primary responsibility will be to maintain a constant communication with clients and partners over fleet maintenance related issues. In addition, he/she will organize, coordinate, and ensure that every procedure runs smoothly and effectively, managing the accounts of the company's clients and finally being in a consistent and active search for new collaborations/ partnerships.

  • Close communication and coordination of maintenance issues with our clientele and partners.
  • Frequent contact with all partners to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance flow monitoring of the whole fleet - including vehicles that are leased or not.
  • Performing administrative duties (e.g. data entry) to ensure that our fleet management systems are up to date.
  • Communication with and support of the operations and sales team internally.

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in car workshops or in the automotive industry.
  • BSc/BA and/or Master’s in Economics, Business Administration or another related field from a top tier University is considered a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Trustworthy and dependable personality with a strong work ethic and aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both written and verbal).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ideally you are an automotive enthusiast!
