Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in CRM systems and digital transformation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot CRM, automation, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of data integrity and workflow optimization. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving CRM adoption is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage & Optimize HubSpot: Maintain, update, and enhance CRM processes to improve team productivity.
- Data Management & Integrity: Ensure accurate, consistent data across all touchpoints, including segmentation and reporting.
- Automation & Workflows: Develop and refine automation workflows for lead nurturing, sales pipeline management, and customer interactions.
- Integration & Customization: Manage integrations between HubSpot and other internal tools (e.g., marketing platforms, ERP, customer support software).
- User Training & Support: Educate and support team members to ensure effective CRM adoption and the implementation of best practices.
- 2+ years managing HubSpot CRM
- Proficiency in CRM automation, segmentation, reporting, and integrations
- Ability to derive insights from CRM data and optimize strategies accordingly
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM-related issues and improve processes
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage data accuracy and system performance
