FlexAuto is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a (Junior) Accountant to join our premises in Ciudad de México. The position entails a supporting role in all accounting and financial matters within a fast-growing and heavily financed startup to ensure its accounting and tax flow.

Position Summary

The Accounting and Administrative Analyst will be responsible for managing the accounting and administrative activities of the leasing company. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records, assist with financial statements, and perform reconciliations.
  • Manage budgets, cash flow projections, and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Ensure tax and accounting compliance, prepare tax returns, and support audits.
  • Manage contracts, legal documents, and administrative processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments, process transactions, and report status.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial administration, with experience in real estate or leasing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles, and proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal).
  • Capable of working independently and in teams, with excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Available to work in Mexico City.
