YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Q-commerce Account Manager Intern. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing Startups in Europe?

THE JOURNEY

  • Provide partner operations support whenever there is a necessity but also act proactively
  • Support Senior Account Managers with all aspects of the daily operations like preparing input for business meetings or operating our internal systems ● Handle tracking and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Build and manage the relationship with a partner and all the external stakeholders
  • Navigate between different touch points in the company to participate cross-department tasks and projects
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales, marketing or project management field (preferably in Retail, FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry) but if you don’t have it but still believe you’re the right person - do not hesitate and apply!
  • “Let’s do it!” attitude, being proactive, organized, and obsessed and with high sense of responsibility
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary so analytical skills are more than welcome
  • Being comfortable with the fast space environment, we are GAS people so better be ready for that
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize & multitask
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel (knowing Looker or SQL is a nice addition)
  • Degree in business, marketing or sales would be helpful but not essential
  • Polish proficiency and a very good command of English are a must
