As an Account Manager with a focus on acquisition and retention you will have a key role in growing and upkeeping our courier community. You will be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between our partner fleets and our company, ensuring that they deliver qualitative and timely services, compliant with Glovo’s strategy and values.


  • Own the communication strategy of your country (content, channels, targets, and material) for the couriers
  • Give life to your best ideas to generate community management and activities (events)
  • Build and run local projects with strong project management skills
  • Negotiate local benefits and perks for the couriers
  • Customize the global courier Brand Book to the local culture
  • Generate market insights from focus groups, surveys, interviews, and others
  • Be main point of contact for our partners


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • 1- 2 years experience in communications or public relations is a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in Romanian and English
  • Proactive, analytic and objective focus oriented
  • Creative writing
  • Good communicator with ability and agility to solve problems
  • Basic Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
  • Have initiative, be proactive and autonomous - Glovo is also yours!
  • A person who knows the local culture in depth and is capable of identifying interesting insights to improve ’s experience with Glovo.
  • Ability to execute fast and well-done activities and events.
  • Ability to use programs such as iMovie or FinalCut, Canva and MS Office.
