About Glovo XL

XL is a Glovo business specialized in on-demand delivery of big basket orders. With a presence in Poland and Portugal, we provide our customers instant access to the inventory of the biggest Polish supermarket chain, allowing them to have their groceries delivered in not less than 2 hours.

Our current goal is to build world-class E-commerce and logistics applications for big basket orders. This will allow us to unify our technology in the geographies we currently operate in and take on new challenges.

YOUR MISSION

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be working with and alongside talented and passionate people bringing support and owning operations processes. You will be ensuring that our courier partners get the right help and support throughout their Glovo XL journey. Working in a fast and dynamic environment, it is important to be a highly accountable, flexible individual, who works hard, can nurture productive working relationships, and is willing to be hands-on and contribute to our team.

THE JOURNEY

• Assist couriers on a diverse range of topics they face on a day-to-day basis.
• Handle day-to-day administration and tackle ad-hoc tasks related to courier partners.
• Be involved in setting and achieving the onboarding targets, while making sure that the overall operation performance is met.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager on customer support processes and operations.
• Monitoring external factors that affect operations and creating technical solutions.
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
