YOUR MISSION

Glovo is built on the belief that, by giving amazing service to our partners, we will be able to change the on-demand delivery market.

How are we doing this? By thinking big and paying attention to small details. Glovo’s core product is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the best restaurants in each city and delivery in less than 60 minutes. We believe that most restaurants and stores will opt for a strategy that combines marketplaces with their own channels, and we want Glovo to be the delivery partner of choice for all of our partners’ deliveries.

To achieve this, Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022, a new vertical that helps our partners coordinate the delivery of orders created in their own channels (website, phone, application) via couriers working with Glovo. On-Demand is active in 9 countries now, and we are quickly expanding into the rest of our markets. As the Regional Manager for EECA, you will be responsible for developing the On-Demand business throughout the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region.

THE JOURNEY

  • Manage relationships with all relevant country stakeholders in 3-6 markets
  • Responsible for the commercial growth of countries within your scope. Work with local teams to prioritize top accounts in each country, identify the solutions that each partner needs, and develop an action plan for how to target and pitch them
  • Act as the bridge between the local teams and On-Demand HQ
  • Coordinate regional and country-level On-Demand strategy: pricing, legal, operations, finance, and necessary tech developments/ adaptations, etc.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy.
  • Excel in stakeholder management (both internal and external).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven, analytical approach.
  • Bias towards action and execution.
  • Manage diverse teams across different markets.
  • Project management skills, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to understand complex software needs and translate between restaurant partners and technical teams. Comfortable working with technical product and API integration teams.
  • Motivated by working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace and multiple responsibilities.
  • Upper-Intermediate French (nice to have).
