Glovo wants to take a leadership role in the Retail Media industry and we’re looking for an ambitious leader to make this happen in our most competitive market, Serbia.

This leader will be the ultimate owner of the leading strategy to help those Brands and Agencies in Serbia maximize their growth and reach within the Glovo ecosystem, creating tangible opportunities for them to engage more and better with their customers.

THE JOURNEY

  • Execute the Glovo vision and long-term strategy for Media advertising in Glovo Serbia, with the support of the HQ team, being an active leader in how we shape our technology to best support our Advertisers.
  • Transform the Glovo Serbia team to be recognized as best in class and a worldwide leader in on demand delivery Media advertising.
  • Own the relationship with Media Agencies, and build and leverage your network to sign and grow Joint Business Plans.
  • Establish sales, operations, and growth processes to maximize Glovo’s partnerships with Global Brands and Media agencies.
  • Be responsible for the execution of media campaigns for endemic and non endemic brands (Sampling, Programmatic, Retail Media, etc), and coordinate across internal departments their correct execution. Gather all the insights through deep analysis of results, elaborate reports and share them with your stakeholders to build loyalty and recurrency.
  • Create and lead a team of media specialists, shaping the roles in the most appropriate way to reach your objectives. Be responsible for their performance and development.
  • Work closely with our main internal stakeholders to tackle problems and keep pushing the Ads agenda in Glovo.
  • Maintain key relationships with C-level of Brands & Agencies
  • Be the ultimate P&L owner of the Ads Revenues coming from Media Advertisers into Glovo.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Management, Marketing, Engineering or related careers.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, preferably retail media marketing. Agencies and retail media marketing experience is a must, FMCG exposure is a plus.
  • Experience in a senior role involving team management, project management, and ownership of a budget and structure within a high paced and high energy environment.
  • Excellent commercial skills - you have a natural ability to openly communicate and engage with new people. Full comprehension of client businesses and needs.
  • You can persuade in the most pleasant way and have no trouble saying anything.
  • Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgment when necessary
  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented
  • You ensure the highest standards for you and your team with the deliverables and business objectives
  • You have an ambition and energy that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others
  • You are always a step ahead, proactive with potential problems/opportunities and always thinking how to be better
