YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Development Representative at Glovo, you will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and supporting our Sales Executives. Your primary focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment."

THE JOURNEY

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads from scrapping pipelines as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and WhatApp Business
  • Present our company to potential clients, identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
  • Report to the Sales Team Leader on weekly/monthly/quarterly results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas (e.g. daily calls).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
