YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Procure to Pay Team Leader professional to join our Global Finance Operations Department within our HQ offices.

THE JOURNEY

The Team Leader is responsible for organization effectiveness and sustainability by providing leadership and motivation to deliver seamless and efficient processes to deliver global strategy and KPIs.

Scope: Regional SWE

  • Talent management according to Glovo strategy and People tools.
  • Complies with business standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate transactional processing.
  • Key accountability in the end-to-end process in accordance with the company's strategy.
  • Constantly drives for efficiencies within operations in accordance with SLAs.
  • Drive vision to bring innovative solutions to the operations.
  • Establish and contribute a collaboration model across Finance.
  • Inhomogeneous stakeholder management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Actively represent P2P in the internal/external audits.
  • Key Working Relation: Reporting directly to the Global Head of Finance Operations, currently manages 8 direct reports (Associates and Senior Associates).
  • Manage End to End Procure to Pay Operations stakeholders in the countries of responsibility as well as collaborate with PMO Team in specific projects

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • University degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Economics, Certified Public Accountant or comparable professional education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in people management positions.
  • Experience in Procure to Pay End to End process.
  • Shared Service Center experience is beneficial.
  • Leading leaders and/or strategic positions experience as well as multiple process experience is beneficial.
  • English fluent is mandatory. Any other language is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and virtual communication tools.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Strives for efficiency and Ability to influence others.
