YOUR MISSION
The way we manage our company is built on the belief that by giving a WOW service to our clients, we will be able to change the delivery market. How are we doing it? By paying attention to all the details. Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivering their products in less than 60 mins. As a Partners Operations Regional Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners team. You will be directly responsible for improving Partners’ experience across their whole journey, making them grow and improve user UX.
THE JOURNEY
- Be an accelerator for the whole Partner Operations team unlocking power of data to create new processes and projects, seeking continuous improvement in methodologies to optimize the operations of our partners (improve preparation times, reduce cancellations and decrease bad ratings)
- Understand, deep-dive and have complete awareness of the region’s partner operations situation at all times. Develop analytical frameworks, analyses, dashboards and models for the region
- Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
- Execute end-to-end projects at regional and country level
- Raise product requests to improve partners UX and scalability. Identify tech features improvements and give proactive feedback to HQ.
- Work with global and local teams to coordinate and execute projects in the region
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar)
- 3/4+ years of experience in high demanding roles or analytical positions (consulting, investment banking, operations, finance, logistics, analytics, strategy, etc.)
- A data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
- Problem-solving skills and hands on attitude: no problem is too small or too big
- You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen and result oriented
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- Excellent stakeholder management. Experience interacting effectively at multiple levels of the organization is highly valued
- Expertise in MS Excel and strong SQL knowledge
- Proficiency in English, written and oral
