YOUR MISSION
As a Supply Operations Analyst you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the Operations in Montenegro. This position involves analyzing operational trends and data to identify critical issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. By leveraging these insights you will contribute to enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
THE JOURNEY
Maintain strong collaboration with logistics partners and oversee their performance through:
- Courier Acquisition: Drive partners’ engagement, assess fleet size, and encourage partners to meet targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor and actively work to improve partner performance.
- Legal Compliance: Review contracts together with our legal team, related to our logistic partners.
- Service Quality: Ensure service levels are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
Improve courier engagement and retention by:
- Developing and implementing strategies to retain couriers, improve engagement.
- Training: Ensure couriers receive all onboarding training and necessary information.
- Courier feedback management: Be there for the Couriers when they need support.
- Track courier performance and KPIs by analyzing historical operational metrics with a focus on company targets.
- Crisis management: Respond to unforeseen issues, by quickly implementing contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Close cooperation with the rest of the company and particularly with the Partner Operations team, Live Operations support, Commercial team and Finance.
Support Operations Manager in fleet-related projects and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- University degree in a relevant field (economics, organizational sciences and similar).
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles. Experience in Logistics would be a plus.
- Fluency in both Montenegrin and English.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Sheets suit and SQL.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- High motivation to contribute to a fast-growing startup.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Capable of executing tasks quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
