YOUR MISSION

At Glovo, we're dedicated to transforming the delivery market across Tunisia by delivering exceptional service to our clients. We aim to bring the most trendy products from local businesses to our customers in less than 30 minutes. As a Partner Operations Analyst focused on the Tunisia region, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners team, contributing to operational excellence and enhancing the partner experience.

THE JOURNEY

  • Analyze and optimize Partner Operations metrics specific to the Tunisian market, driving continuous improvement in partner performance, including preparation times, order cancellations, and customer ratings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our partners in Tunisia, offering guidance on improving and adapting their operations for optimal delivery performance in the region.
  • Visit partners on-site and provide hands-on training and retraining to ensure best practices are followed and continuously improved.
  • Support day-to-day operations by monitoring partner performance, identifying issues such as delayed orders or cancellations, and taking immediate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and execute projects with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives while considering regional nuances and challenges.
  • Collect and analyze data from the Tunisian market to provide insights and reports to senior management, helping to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team, sharing knowledge and insights specific to Tunisian markets to drive collective growth and development.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups, consulting firms, or internet companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of making informed decisions and solving complex problems in Tunisian markets.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive approach to achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and partner management.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate operational guidelines and procedures to local partners.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to spot inefficiencies in partner operations and suggest improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with a fast pace, adaptable to the unique challenges and opportunities of the Tunisian market.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills relevant to Tunisia preferred. French is positively regarded.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.
  • Basic skills in Excel required
