YOUR MISSION

Our People operation Analyst will support the people operation team in the monthly procedures to best fit our different demands making sure that we are meeting with local laws and regulations in international countries where we currently have activities.

THE JOURNEY

  • Payroll Administration: collect all payroll related information from managers, prepare, generate, check and submit payroll figures on a monthly basis.
  • Maintenance of the internal files and shared files with the providers to ensure data accuracy and efficiency (using Google and Excel sheets).
  • Conduct payroll checks on the providers’ results and ensure data accuracy and data completion.
  • Taxes: help our employees with any tax-related questions with the support of our providers.
  • Payroll Coordination – Be the go-between HR, Finance, Legal and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service
  • Sick Leaves – make sure all our employees provide sick leave certificates or the locally required documentation and make sure our payroll provider is informed
  • Explain the payroll and benefits for all new hires and current employees
  • Administer changes to salary, benefits, promotions, bonus, etc. and provide support to implement new Benefits packages or improve the current ones.
  • Support the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees’ payroll and benefits.
  • Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech
  • Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits, payroll, company policies, etc...
  • Treat employees as internal customers and facilitate day-to-day work life
  • Administer changes on salaries, promotions, demotions, sick and/or any type of leaves, lateral movements
  • Conduct and coordinate internal audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data
  • Researching, identifying flaws in processes and operations, and proposing improvements and changes.
  • Help keep our colleagues happy!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience handling end-to-end payroll processes or/and HR administration.
  • Knowledge of Payroll structure, Social Security, and Tax regulation and administration
  • Excellent data management skills - strong Excel and database management skills
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Spanish and/or Italian are a plus.
  • Proactive, hands-on and eager to get your hands dirty!
  • Detailed oriented – you are a freak when it comes to details
  • Always looking for ways to improve processes and optimizing coordination between colleagues.
