As Brand Marketing Manager, your objective will be to build the brand platform that will allow Housfy to become the N1 household name for home services. You will be looking after along with your team: brand equity and comms, awareness media and social media, events, content & PR.

Responsibilities:

  • Guardian of the brand purpose, equity and positioning in all we do.
  • Define and execute:
  • Brand experience across touchpoints.
  • All the brand building activities: Offline & Online.
  • Offline/online media playbook to maximize brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage and maximize the impact of the awareness budget.
  • Develop a great partnership with internal and external partners (ie, design, agencies.. )
  • Support and mentor the team.

What are we looking for:

  • +5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven track record in leading omnichannel brand-building strategies.
  • Proficiency in developing great comms/content (ads, video, print, social media,..)
  • Experience in providing sales teams with wow sales aid assets (sales aid, fair stands..).
  • Hands-on experience in collaborating with design teams or external agencies /industry stakeholders.
  • Experience in PR/brand reputation.
  • Great consumer understanding skills.
  • Experience in managing (SEO) content creation and retail marketing is also a plus.
