Ok, but what is the Jr Ops Associate role about?

You will be managing client accounts, building engagement amongst our end-users (i.e. downloads, transactions, etc.) and supporting them to reach success. More specifically, some of the key tasks are:

• Define and implement client activation strategies with clients to meet objectives
• Own client relationship and lifecycle at a B2B level and monitor their usage
• Lead communication events in our clients’ facilities, webinars, and any other activation initiative
• Being the first contact with our users and customers to ensure success
• Introduce new initiatives that will bring higher engagement
• Suggesting improvements on the way we work!

We are looking for a motivated person who is hungry to participate in growing the next successful Y-combinator venture!

We are looking for someone excited to join us and excited to help us to reach our challenging objectives. We are working hard to reach our goals, and we expect you to do the same!

• 1-2 years experience at a consulting firm, tech company or fast growing start-up
• Experience with client management, leading them to achieve their objectives
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to do whatever it takes
• Ability to learn quickly and familiarity with metric-driven objectives
• Excellent with people, empathetic, and posses persuasion skills to engage stakeholders
• Do whatever it takes to get things done!

The interview process will be the following:

• Round 1 - 30 mins - Rodrigo Jara, Jr Ops Asc - We will explain the needs of the position and test your fit with our values, as well as presentation and communication skills
• Round 2 - 30 mins - Vanessa Romero, Operations Lead, and Andrés Rincón, Head of Sales - Case study to test organisational and problem solving skills, based on real situations from our day-to-day
• Round 3 - 30 mins - Sergi Tomas, SVP of Operations and Benoit Menardo, Cofounder - We will check the motivation to join and cultural fit, as well as a final market sizing case
