Ok, but what is the SDR (intern) role about?

Our VP of sales will mentor our SDR. As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you will be part of a larger international team of around 40 people (more than 15 nationalities).

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, and resilient SDR who is hungry to participate in growing the next successful Y-Combinator venture.

What’s a typical week in that role?

  • 70% - BURN the phone: call, call and call to generate leads! If you don’t like calling, do not apply to this role!!
  • 20% - CLOSE deals: observe how your account executive pitches and participate whenever relevant.
  • 10% - LEARN from your team: internal meetings, feedback with your manager, team beers..

  • Round 1: 30 mins - Ramón, VP Sales/Fede Cass, VP of Revenue - Motivation to join and validate your experience
  • Round 2: 45 mins - Ramón, VP Sales/Fede Cass, VP of Revenue - Prospecting Assessment & Role play, simulating your day-to-day as an SDR
  • Round 3: 30 mins - Cata, Country Manager - Culture, values and some additional role plays in day-to-day as SDR
