About the Role:

As an Implementations Manager, you will be in charge of implementing Payflow in every LATAM new client, interacting with more than 20 softwares and providing technical support to our largest clients. You will move in a fast-paced environment, being responsible for ensuring successful and on-time project completion and quality delivery.

Proven technical API knowledge and project management experience will be mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Payflow in every new Latin American client, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Build entirely new integrations with market-existing software.
• Provide an excellent service, interacting with very senior stakeholders/clients, leading the full implementation cycle (from kick off to go-live).
• Ensure proactive support to our largest current clients by using multiple systems and tools.
• Responsible for leading conversations with multiple Payroll/HR Softwares.
• Responsible for implementation of multiple payroll or portal projects.
• Maintain and update Project documentation with quality standards.
• Develop parallel projects at the same time with outstanding accuracy.
• Work close to the Sales & Product team.

What we’re looking for:

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience within digital or ERP teams going through a full implementation cycle: from kick off to project go-live.
• Experience implementing Enterprise Software projects/services in a fast-paced scenario. Experience in a high-growth environment is a strong plus.
• Strong technical understanding and project management experience.
• APIs & ERP technical understanding. Payroll software knowledge is a strong plus.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude, you must love numbers for this role
• Problem-solver and ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude: Willingness to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals. This is not a 9 to 5 job.
• Organization and structure: demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives
• Spanish. Fluent English is a plus.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset: we like to innovate and break things and I hope you also do!

Any other tips for the interview?

The process we use is the following:

• Round 1: 30 mins - Fede (SVP of Growth) - We will test your motivation to join Payflow, your previous experience, your understanding of our product and our role. We may also do a short role play exercise that you don’t need to prepare for.
• Round 2: 45 mins - Fede Cass (VP of Revenue) - Assessment presentation (you will receive the documentation previously). The aim of this round is to make sure that you are an outstanding implementation person.
• Round 3: Catalina (Country Manager) or Avinash (Co-founder) - on-site at Payflow's offices - 45 mins - We will test your cultural fit, drive, previous experience and anything else we felt we missed in the first two rounds!
