HR Admin / Payroll Specialist at Savana

Major Accountabilities where this role is involved:

  • Contract management.
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
  • Preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Preparing and distributing income statements.
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.
  • Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
  • Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.
  • Assuring compliance of mandatory protocols and processing of documents regarding Labour Risk Prevention (PRL).
  • Processing of Social Security contributions (Siltra).
  • Preparing and submitting Withholding Taxes ("modelos 111, 216, 190, 296").
  • Managing subsidized training through Fundae.
  • Managing documentation related to the equality plan.
  • Operate according to Security Policies, Procedures and Manuals.
  • Report any suspect of incident or improvement proposals.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:

  • Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor / Degree / Higher Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences or similar.
  • Advance level of Excel and A3 TEAM.
  • Valuable previous experience in consulting / consulting environment.
  • Very high level of English and Spanish.
  • Profile used to handle a high volume of payroll.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Desirable previous experience working with Factorial.
  • Time-management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated Data analytical skills.
  • Discretion and ability to deal appropriately with confidential data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Spanish & English.
  • Strong time management and organization skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, decisive, energetic, detail-oriented, analytical and strategic person.
