Technical Product Manager at Savana

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for delivering a differentiated technological product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity, while ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Major Accountabilities where this role is involved:

  • Translate business strategy into product strategy, ensuring that products support Savana’s overall strategy and goals, delivering differentiated products to the health market that address market need and represent a viable business opportunity
  • Define and own business cases for new or existing products and services, advocating for funding, defining their positioning in the market and their expected benefits, as well as managing product profitability and commercial success.
  • Execute product strategy throughout its lifecycle, from conception through end-of-life, in close collaboration with technical and marketing teams and other internal stakeholders and third parties, to assess and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Own the product roadmap, defining short-, medium- and long-term objectives, discussing it with the relevant stakeholders and the Development team, translating the high-level strategic vision into specific product requirements.
  • Be the recognized expert in the business on the products, market, channels, and competitors, representing the customer within Savana.
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market, and plan and carry out product launches, training sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
  • Provide insights to steering committee and other internal stakeholders on the product, revenue, forecasts, market, key differentiators and messages, while monitoring, reporting and improving product performance.
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues to determine its evolution, and represent Savana at high level meetings with key market players.
  • Create and deliver compelling, customer centric technical presentations of Savana’s products and services by matching technical features to customer needs and drivers, and develop key relationships with key clients and players.
  • Operate according to Security Policies, Procedures and Manuals.
  • Report any suspect of incident or improvement proposals.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:

  • Solid technological background and 5 years’ experience in a digital product management position.
  • Experience in healthcare domain is an asset.
  • Analytical mind, autonomy, creativity, and excellent organization skills.
  • Strong commercial skills, with a deep understanding of the health market domain.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), also with technical teams.
  • Leadership and initiative, while being a team player.
  • Ability to work in a multi-national, multidisciplinary and fast-growing work environment.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Willing to travel in Europe.
