We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our engineering team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about automation, scaling, and maintaining high-availability systems.

Responsibilities:

As a Site Reliability Engineer SRE at The Hotels Network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure, supporting our continuous growth.

• Design, implement, and maintain our Kubernetes and Docker-based infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Utilize AWS services effectively to build scalable and resilient systems.
• Manage and monitor our infrastructure using Datadog, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Terraform.
• Configure and maintain NGINX and API Gateway for optimal routing, load balancing, and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to architect and implement scalable services and solutions.
• Conduct incident response, post-mortem analysis, and implement preventive measures to enhance system reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps role.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.
• Proficiency in AWS services and architecture.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, specifically Datadog.
• Solid understanding of IaC principles, with hands-on experience in Terraform.
• Knowledge of Nginx and API Gateway configuration and optimization.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and network issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
