Delivery Engineer

Toqio (toq.io) enables any business, not just banks, to create game changing, data driven, finance propositions that can be rapidly deployed to their customers where and when they need it.

We are currently looking for an IT Delivery Engineer to join our Delivery Team, with 2-5 years of IT experience. Would you like to join an international and fast growing Startup where you can play an important part in shaping its future?

In this role, adaptability, optimization instincts, logical and problem solving skills are key to driving efficiency and management.

As a IT Delivery Engineer you will:

• Lead the onboarding of assigned customer to TOQIO platform
• Analyse new customer requirements and needs, finding potential solutions, in coordination with other teams, and then lead/work in the onboarding process of the customer.
• Configure and deploy of different Marketplace products
• Work with other teams (Product, Tech…) to improve and/or automate the onboarding process and sort out different issues.
• Deploy software to end users, working closely with other teams (Design, Infrastructure, Front-end, Back-end, QA...).
• Act as technical expert on every aspect of the customer onboarding process.
• Manage possible errors related to the onboarding process, coordinating with QA or other teams.
• Conduct customer service workshops and presentations
• Help to Head of Delivery about monitor and measure client satisfaction
• Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems

Experience required:

• Between 2-3 years experience as an IT Functional Analyst/developer or similar position.
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with other teams.
• Good documentation and communication skills in English.
• Problem solving skills
• A technical, logical thought process
• Work ethic and adaptability skills
• An ability to prioritise and delegate
• A keen eye for detail
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines

Must have skills:

• Knowledge of all the current and new features regarding the onboarding process (Toqio Admin, flows, API, plugin and iFrames, orchestration, integration hub...).
• Technical and functional expertise deploying and configuring Marketplace products (TellMoney, Yimba...).
• Knowledge of Git and JavaScript.
• VSCode and XCode IDEs.
• Familiarity with React best practices and React navigation.
• Android Studio.
• Familiarity with Apple Stores and Google Play Store.
• High level of English

Nice to have:

• General overview of Fintech and SaaS.
• Experience in team-lead or project management.
• Experience leading and supporting successful projects.
• Jira Service Management
• Jira Software

• Salary proposal for Delivery Engineer: 25.000€ to 35.000€ gross annual base salary depending on the candidate’s knowledge and experience.
