Clear customer satisfaction orientation working closely to the sales team acting as a technical expert to support the sale of complex technical products or services. Their role is to help potential, and existing customers understanding how the product or service works, answering technical questions, and providing customized demonstrations or proof-of-concepts to show how the product can solve the customer's specific needs.

Main Responsibilities
- Become a technical referent for Wallbox Products, working closely with the account teams to understand customer technical objections and develop strategies to solve technical blockers
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success
- Help the Sales team move toward closing by making customer product demos a positive experience
- Support Tenders' team when needed
- Participate in the development processes as market and competitor experts
- Develop and maintain technical training material and tools in cooperation with Marketing and Services o ensure that customers get appropriate updates, upgrades and relevant information and solutions
- Ensure customer information is up to date and accurate by using company's tools and systems
