The question is: are you ready to change the world with us?

You will:

  • Know every detail of Wallbox solutions (including our third-party integration), and understand how technical solutions are run and installed
  • You will support our Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings, with travel as required
  • You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success
  • Ensure that Wallbox Partners consistently provide excellent and industry-leading levels of Quality and Customer Service.
  • Address, review and solve any issues with Wallbox Products
  • Identify faults in Wallbox Partner Network and rectify them in a timely manner to avoid any major problems in the future.
  • Have direct on-site contact with key accounts if needed to address issues.
  • Support and consolidate Wallbox Partners Network.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of every installation within the QA standards.
